📋 Description

• Provide premium customer service through phone, chat, email, and social media • Handle inquiries related to package logistics, returns, refunds, product details, and warranty support • Assist customers with website navigation, product selection, and general questions • Deliver thoughtful, efficient, and personalized customer support • Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism

🎯 Requirements

• Must be located in AZ or NV • Prior customer service experience answering customer questions and resolving issues • Experience navigating on a computer while speaking to someone on the phone • High School Diploma or equivalent
