📋 Description

• Support planning and execution of Connect, Connect on Tour, and other strategic events • Manage event timelines, milestones, workback plans, and cross-functional dependencies • Coordinate with stakeholders across marketing, sales, product, creative, operations, and leadership • Partner with vendors, venues, agencies, and production teams to deliver polished event experiences • Track spend, budget, and operational requirements • Support attendee management, registration workflows, communications, and run-of-show planning • Build and maintain event briefs, status updates, and post-event recaps • Troubleshoot issues quickly and keep stakeholders informed when plans change • Ensure events reflect Cloudflare's brand standards and strategic priorities • Get up to speed on the Strategic Events calendar and operating rhythms • Own event workstreams with minimal supervision • Support flawless execution for priority programs • Contribute to a reliable, repeatable event process that scales across programs

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years of experience in event management, field marketing, experiential marketing, or corporate events • Experience supporting large-scale, high-visibility, or executive-level events • Strong project management skills and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-moving environment • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Experience working with external vendors, agencies, and production partners • Comfortable with budgets, production schedules, and event operations • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams • Experience supporting tech, B2B, or enterprise marketing events preferred • Familiarity with large user conferences, tradeshows, or customer summits preferred • Experience with registration platforms, attendee communications, and event operations tools preferred • Travel required 20-25% of the time • Travel/passport required
