📋 Description

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls throughout the day • Assist customers with insurance-related issues, including missing documentation, policy cancellations, coverage discrepancies, and payment-related concerns • Contact insurance providers to verify policy information and obtain required documentation • Explain insurance requirements and next steps to customers • Document customer interactions and updates accurately within internal systems • Leave professional, scripted messages when customers or insurance representatives are unavailable • Follow established procedures, compliance guidelines, and quality standards • Meet productivity, attendance, and performance expectations • Maintain a positive, professional customer experience on every interaction • Participate in classroom-style instruction, system training, job shadowing, supervised call handling, and ongoing coaching and support

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in both French and English (written and verbal) • High school diploma or equivalent • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience • Ability to type at least 30 words per minute • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Comfortable spending the majority of the workday on the phone • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Positive attitude and professional phone presence • Stable work history • Preferred: Previous call center experience • Preferred: Experience handling a high volume of calls • Preferred: Customer support or customer service background • Preferred: Experience working with CRM or web-based systems • Preferred: Financial services or insurance industry experience • Preferred: Experience working with scripts and performance metrics • Must successfully complete a training assessment to transition into the assigned schedule
