📋 Description

• Manage multiple consulting and delivery projects and account teams/programs in the Intrusion and Security Industry • Provide consulting and delivery assurance across consulting, account interaction, service delivery, and practice delivery • Understand customer business and technical requirements based on the solution and agreed statement of work • Develop and mature solution designs with customers and stakeholders • Manage expectations and resolve project, stakeholder, and delivery issues • Coordinate delivery team assembly across practice support, delivery, and account teams • Consolidate delivery status and costing information • Address and communicate delivery escalations • Implement knowledge management and sales/solutions-to-delivery knowledge transfer • Manage delivery risks, issues, and change control • Conduct project/program analysis, product-line reviews, and health checks • Develop customer referenceability and maintain customer/account relationships • Refine practice pipeline and product-line attributes using metrics and market/technology analysis • Support account strategy development and execution • Capture and develop reusable intellectual property and best practices • Manage customer requirements, contracts, deliverables, costs, timelines, risks, assumptions, and satisfaction • Maintain engagement profitability and support future business opportunities • Ensure delivery management methodology is followed • Mentor, manage, and develop teams of 3 to 10 members • Conduct annual reviews and provide ongoing employee performance feedback • Communicate and execute HR policies and procedures

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years’ experience in logistically complex project management, information technology and/or professional services, with emphasis on subject matter expertise • Experience delivering projects/programs and administering client professional services agreements, including the change management process • Frequent interactions with external customers at the Director level or above; normal level of interactions at the CXO level • Established consulting and interpersonal skills with 10+ years’ experience • 10+ years of in-depth hands-on experience with the listed primary technologies • 5+ years of experience in three or more listed secondary technologies • Ability to work remotely as primary location and travel to customer sites as needed, up to 50% • Strong conceptual and analytical skills • Proven ability to prioritize and plan complex work in a rapidly changing environment • Experience leading and collaborating across teams • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English • Superior people and personnel management skills • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field, or equivalent training/educating/experience required • Certification(s) in one or more of the listed technologies • Intermediate MS Office skills • Deep understanding of network, storage, server, and application architecture • Knowledge of ITSM concepts • Sufficient understanding of services outsourcing and PMI PMBOK • ITIL Certification is an asset • PMP, IAOP (Outsourcing Professional), or other relevant certifications are a plus
