📋 Description

• Set the vision and standards for the business architecture practice • Define enterprise capability maps, target-state operating models, and process/data ownership maps • Lead the process excellence function and oversee process redesign and continuous-improvement initiatives • Hold the team accountable for measurable efficiency, quality, and cost outcomes • Integrate business architecture and process redesign priorities with the AI product roadmap • Partner with the Director, Transformation Governance and Performance, to provide KPIs, delivery status, risks, and AI-adoption metrics for the enterprise transformation scorecard • Build leadership bench strength across business architecture and process excellence • Manage a multi-team organization spanning the two disciplines • Represent the disciplines in steering committee and governance forums • Defend priorities, resourcing trade-offs, and target-state decisions to senior and executive leadership • Report directly to the VP of Transformation and Performance

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years’ related work experience in business architecture, process excellence/continuous improvement, and product management • Direct experience managing a team responsible for AI-enabled or data-driven products • 5+ years’ direct supervisory/management experience • Related Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering, or a related field, or additional related equivalent work experience • Experience translating enterprise strategy into capability models, process redesigns, and an AI product roadmap within a large, complex, matrixed organization • Experience leading a multi-disciplinary organization and managing managers across multiple functions • Ability to operate across business architecture and process excellence disciplines and translate between them for senior stakeholders • Working knowledge of AI/ML product concepts, including use case scoping, model risk, responsible-use considerations, and adoption metrics • Ability to make resourcing and prioritization trade-offs and defend them to executive leadership • Strong organizational and planning skills; ability to manage and monitor multiple workstreams in parallel • Must be able to travel to multiple locations for work • Preferred: Master’s degree • Preferred: Experience managing managers or a multi-function organization of 15–20+ FTEs • Preferred: Experience in health insurance, healthcare, or another regulated industry • Preferred: Certification in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, TOGAF, Business Architecture, or Certified Scrum Product Owner • Preferred: Prior experience standing up or scaling an AI product function
