📋 Description

• Own end-to-end process design, build, testing, and integration of the SCM value stream. • Resolve process and integration design issues related to the value stream. • Review plans and guide project teams during build, data conversion, testing, cutover, and service transition to support successful go-live. • Design SCM enterprise structure and master data objects, particularly business partners. • Support delivery and resolve SAP Solution Architecture risks and issues. • Develop functional specifications, data conversion specifications, and integration specifications for SCM. • Provide SCM thought leadership, best practices, and subject matter expertise. • Translate business needs into configurable SAP results and collaborate with the SAP S/4 IT team. • Develop global standard templates and define data requirements, system configuration needs, and global/regional processes. • Provide supply chain solution design across MM, MRP, LE, EWM, and PP. • Collaborate with stakeholders, perform fit/gap analysis, prototype solution options, and document prioritized gaps and business cases. • Support development, validation, and implementation of business use cases and test scripts. • Lead process mapping and prioritization of capabilities supporting customer experience, product stewardship, hazard communication, and regulatory compliance. • Act as an IT ambassador and provide thought leadership to business partners.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, supply chain management, or engineering is required. • 5+ years of progressive experience as a business process leader. • 3+ years of dedicated Process Leadership for SAP, ECC and S/4. • Previous ERP system implementation experience on a global scale is preferred. • Manufacturing/Process industry experience is a plus. • Experience with SAP SCM, SAP MM, SAP LE, Trade Compliance, SAP EWM, SAP PP, PTP, MRP, Logistics Execution, Warehousing, Production Planning, FI integration, SAP ECC, and SAP S/4. • Experience with global ERP implementation, process mapping, fit/gap analysis, solution design, data conversion, integration specifications, testing, and cutover. • Ability to work in one of the states where iFIT may consider hiring.
