📋 Description

• Lead complex, mid-to-large-scale digital transformation projects from initiation through implementation and closure • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications • Drive execution of initiatives focused on digital channels, including mobile applications, online banking platforms, and customer experience enhancements • Facilitate project governance, decision-making, and prioritization activities • Partner with business, product, technology, and operational teams to align project outcomes with strategic objectives • Ensure projects adhere to established project management methodologies, best practices, and compliance requirements • Monitor project performance and provide regular reporting on milestones, risks, issues, and overall program health • Lead Agile ceremonies and support Scrum-based delivery teams • Identify opportunities to improve processes, customer experiences, and operational effectiveness

🎯 Requirements

• Experience within banking, financial services, fintech, or highly regulated industries • Hands-on experience with Digital Banking Platforms • Hands-on experience with Mobile Applications • Hands-on experience with Online Banking Solutions • Hands-on experience with Customer Experience (CX) Transformation • Hands-on experience with Enterprise Technology Modernization Programs • 7+ years of Project Management experience leading large-scale enterprise initiatives • Strong experience managing digital transformation programs • Proven experience in Agile and Scrum delivery methodologies • Experience overseeing complex technology and business projects involving multiple stakeholder groups • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and executive stakeholder management skills • Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments
