📋 Description

• Develop and maintain solutions within the ServiceNow platform, primarily focused on the ITSM module • Create and enhance Service Catalog items • Support Employee Service Center (ESC) portal enhancements • Execute global platform configuration changes • Develop reports, dashboards, and performance analytics • Perform CMDB cleanup and data quality improvement efforts • Serve as a trusted advisor on ServiceNow best practices and platform optimization opportunities • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions • Assist with ongoing platform improvements and operational support

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience developing and configuring ServiceNow • Deep understanding of the ITSM module • Experience building and supporting REST API integrations within ServiceNow (required) • Experience with Service Catalog • Experience with Workflows • Experience with Employee Service Center (ESC) • Experience with Reporting and Dashboards • Experience with CMDB administration and cleanup • Experience with platform configuration and enhancement activities • Experience with CAD integrations (preferred) • Experience with GIS integrations (preferred) • Broader ServiceNow architecture or platform governance experience (preferred) • Ability to assess current-state processes and recommend improvements (preferred) • Highly responsive, dependable, and comfortable collaborating virtually with stakeholders
