📋 Description

• Manage multiple sales opportunities and account teams/programs • Provide sales and solution assurance for client services • Understand customer business and technical requirements • Develop and mature solution designs with customers and stakeholders • Manage expectations and resolve sales, stakeholder, and delivery issues • Facilitate internal communication and assemble delivery teams for new engagements • Consolidate solution status and proposed costing information • Address and communicate sales/solution escalation procedures • Implement knowledge management and sales-to-delivery knowledge transfer • Manage sales/solutions risks and opportunities and facilitate resolution • Coordinate solution change control processes • Perform practice pipeline and opportunity analysis, product line reviews, and solution health checks • Examine customer reference-ability and maintain customer and account-team relationships • Refine practice pipeline and product line attributes using metrics, analysis, marketplace fit, and technology changes • Support account strategy development and execution • Manage customer requirements, deliverables, costs, contract type, timelines, risks, assumptions, and satisfaction • Ensure solution methodology is followed from opportunity assessment through project closeout • Maintain financial and contractual responsibility for engagement profitability • Identify additional business opportunities and support future pursuits • Mentor, manage, and develop product/project team members • Conduct annual reviews and provide performance feedback • Ensure HR policies and procedures are communicated and executed • Develop organizational capability for audit, compliance, and risk governance • Support integration between IT and audit • Negotiate audit issue specificity with Internal Audit • Plan external, internal, and regulatory audit compliance activities • Act as intermediary among auditors, IT Risk, Business and Disaster Recovery, Applications Development, and Database Administration teams • Develop, test, and implement DoD RMF/FedRAMP compliance plans • Review artifacts and conduct infrastructure assessments supporting DoD, RMF, and FedRAMP certification

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent, relevant experience • 15+ years experience in information technology and/or professional services, with emphasis on subject matter expertise • Experience delivering projects/programs and administering client professional services agreements, including the change management process • Frequent interactions with external customers at the Director level or above; normal level of interactions is the CXO level • Established consulting and interpersonal skills with 15+ years experience • 15+ years in IT service management/project management, delivering projects/programs and providing daily delivery/consulting oversight within a professional services environment or equivalent, with relevant experience managing resources • Strong conceptual and analytical skills and out-of-the-box problem solving • Ability to prioritize and plan complex work in a rapidly changing environment • Experience leading and collaborating across teams to deliver successful solutions • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English • Superior people and personnel management skills • Experience in IT and business adherence to compliance programs • Experience executing audit management control frameworks, including data governance and compliance processes • Experience with HIPAA, HITRUST, CRISC, and AI Governance accreditation • Experience in CMMC, CISA, DISA, IL5, IL6, STIG, NIST, COBIT, ISO, and FedRAMP environments • Understanding of Security Control Frameworks (NIST, ISO, COBIT), Security Operations, and POA&M • Experience with cloud security and compliance • Experience in secure systems design and analysis supporting Network and Secure Operations • Experience with security procedures, processes, and tools • Experience developing Management Action Plans • Experience with DoD RMF/FedRAMP plans identified in NIST 800-171 and NIST SP 800-53 • Ability to document Standard Operating Procedures clearly and concisely • Nice-to-have certifications include CISSP, CISM, and CISA
