📋 Description

• Own the NeXT Studio operating model, including experiment intake and cross-functional rhythms. • Manage the NeXT Studio experiment portfolio in partnership with Executive Leaders and other stakeholders. • Improve CX Intelligence models for better understanding of customer needs. • Develop experiment charters and learning agendas to ensure decision-quality evidence. • Synthesize research findings into executive-level narratives.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years experience in customer experience, operations, research, insights, service design, innovation, product strategy, program management, or related fields. • Strong qualitative and quantitative research fluency • Experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives • Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into clear learning agendas • Experience influencing senior leaders through evidence and structured narratives • Background in healthcare is helpful but not required.
