📋 Description

• Lead complex consumer experience design work across web and mobile from problem framing through shipping • Translate ambiguous problem spaces into clear, well-reasoned design directions • Partner with UX team members and cross-functional partners to deliver cohesive digital healthcare experiences • Use early design concepts to shape product requirements • Champion user-centered design balancing consumer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility • Present work to cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders • Ground decisions in data, user research, and usability testing • Contribute to and improve the design system • Identify constraints compromising user experience and propose alternatives • Provide specific, honest, and actionable feedback to colleagues

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of product design experience • Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of complex product problems • Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms • Strong command of platform-specific patterns and accessibility standards • Active use of AI tools for generative exploration, prototyping, or other design work • Experience in digital health, health tech, or another high-stakes consumer space preferred • Currently authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship • Must pass identity and credential verification, interviews, and fraud or misrepresentation screening
