📋 Description

• Lead complex technical programs spanning web, mobile, medical device, embedded software, firmware, and data platforms • Drive end-to-end program execution from initiation through launch • Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Design, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Operations • Manage technical dependencies, risks, issues, and mitigation plans across concurrent workstreams • Facilitate technical discussions on architecture, systems integration, scalability, and design tradeoffs • Align program execution with technical roadmaps and platform evolution • Develop program dashboards, status reports, KPIs, and executive communications • Apply Lean, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and continuous improvement methodologies • Leverage AI-powered tools and automation to improve reporting, risk identification, dashboards, and operational efficiency • Establish and track program success metrics • Drive stakeholder communication, influence decisions, and resolve blockers • Conduct post-launch reviews and implement lessons learned • Mentor junior Technical Program Managers • Shape organizational processes and operating models and serve as a TPM thought leader

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience • 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management • Experience in healthcare technology, health and life sciences, medical devices, or other regulated industries • Experience delivering complex, cross-functional technical programs with measurable business outcomes • Experience with hardware, firmware, embedded software, systems integration, or cloud-based software platforms • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, AWS, Azure, or GCP, APIs, CI/CD, DevOps, system integration, and security principles • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Airtable, or similar program management and collaboration tools • Ability to identify, manage, and mitigate program risks while balancing scope, schedule, cost, and quality • Experience leveraging AI and automation tools for program management, reporting, and operational efficiency • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influence skills • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future • Preferred: hardware, firmware, and regulated medical device development programs • Preferred: PDLC methodologies • Preferred: iOS and/or Android platforms • Preferred: AI/ML, responsible AI, model governance, and compliance • Preferred: Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent • Preferred: Lean, Agile, or Scrum certifications • Preferred: mentoring Technical Program Managers and TPM best-practice initiatives • Preferred: enterprise systems architecture and large-scale platform integrations • Preferred: organizational process improvements and operating model transformations
