📋 Description

• Lead complex technical programs spanning web, mobile, medical device, embedded software, firmware, and data platforms • Drive end-to-end program execution from initiation through launch • Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Design, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Operations • Manage technical dependencies, risks, issues, and mitigation plans across concurrent workstreams • Facilitate discussions on architecture, systems integration, scalability, and design tradeoffs • Partner with senior engineers and architects to align execution with technical roadmaps • Develop program dashboards, status reports, KPIs, and executive communications • Apply Lean, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and continuous improvement methodologies • Leverage AI-powered tools and automation to improve reporting, risk identification, dashboards, and efficiency • Establish and track program success metrics • Drive stakeholder communication, influence decisions, and resolve blockers • Conduct post-launch reviews and implement lessons learned • Mentor junior Technical Program Managers • Shape organizational processes and operating models and serve as a TPM thought leader

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience • 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management • Experience in healthcare technology, health and life sciences, medical devices, or other regulated industries • Experience owning complex, cross-functional technical programs with measurable business outcomes • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), APIs, CI/CD, DevOps, system integration, and security principles • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Airtable, or similar program management and collaboration tools • Ability to identify, manage, and mitigate program risks while balancing scope, schedule, cost, and quality • Experience leveraging AI and automation tools for program management, reporting, and operational efficiency • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influence skills • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future • Preferred: hardware, firmware, and regulated medical device development experience • Preferred: PDLC familiarity and consumer mobile platform experience • Preferred: AI/ML, responsible AI, model governance, and compliance knowledge • Preferred: Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent reporting and visualization experience • Preferred: Lean, Agile, or Scrum certification • Preferred: mentoring Technical Program Managers and leading TPM best-practice initiatives • Preferred: enterprise systems architecture and large-scale platform integration expertise • Preferred: organizational process improvement and operating model transformation experience
