📋 Description

• Specialize in pricing ACC, AT&T, Brightspeed, Lumen, and Verizon on the pre-sales side of Operations • Process quote requests for sales advisors using supplier portals, channel contacts, and rate cards • Process deal registrations • Perform segmentation and serviceability checks • Create contracts • Ensure accuracy of signed contracts/documents, order gathering forms, and LOAs • Research unclear or unknown answers and solutions • Resolve first-level pricing escalations • Manage Salesforce opportunities, quotes, and orders • Strive for a 2-hour quote pick-up within Salesforce • Strive for a 2-hour email response time • Process new quote requests while handling questions, contract, and order requests from previous quotes • Monitor and respond to questions through company chat groups and email • Build relationships with advisors, internal departments, and suppliers • Provide team coverage • Attend regular supplier meetings and trainings • Take calls from the shared call queue and make regular outgoing calls to suppliers and advisors • Perform additional assigned job duties and projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred • Telecom experience 6 months+ preferred • 1+ year telecom/technology experience preferred • Customer service background • Advanced organizational skills • Microsoft Office 365, predominantly Outlook and Excel • Intermediate computer knowledge • Intermediate comprehension of telecom/technology carrier product offerings • Exceptional written and verbal skills with engaging phone presence • Detail driven and ability to prioritize • Ability to work within the “grey” when things are not black and white • Self-motivated • Strong communicator with ability to have hard conversations • Personable • Team collaborator • Quick learner • Independent problem solver • Forward thinker • Prior experience quoting with AT&T, Lumen, Brightspeed, and/or Verizon preferred but not required • Must be willing to work 10am–7pm Mountain Time hours
