📋 Description

• Generate and provide rate sheets and pricing estimates to clients before job dates • Evaluate and prepare custom pricing arrangements when applicable • Reconcile contractor and vendor invoices against biweekly and monthly payroll records • Research and respond to contractor and vendor payment inquiries, disputes, and payment-status questions • Maintain timely and professional communication with clients and contractors • Perform credit card and payroll reconciliations • Process resource payment information, including direct deposit and W-9 forms • Track and perform market analysis related to vendor and contractor costs • Maintain and update accurate pricing and payroll records in software systems and repositories • Provide financial, administrative, and clerical support to the finance team • Assist supervisors, managers, and executives with special projects • Perform other assigned duties • Deliver customer service to clients and contractors

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting, billing, and/or financial services environment • Experience preferably within the legal services industry • Proven ability to work in a team environment • Impeccable customer service skills • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Sound judgment • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs • Willingness to learn processes and protocols of multiple departments • Ability to work in a professional, fast-paced, and confidential environment • Ability to work Monday-Friday, 10:30am-6:30pm EST
