📋 Description

• Work with the Business Development team to do market analysis by participating in financial and cost reviews for proposal staffing models and providing guidance to the Business Development team to facilitate a better understanding of the associated financial and cost impacts. • Provide pricing support for specific proposals by performing and supporting Competitor Analysis, Indirect Rate Analysis, and Price-to-Win, as well as building and updating pricing model for proposals • Lead the creation and analysis of relevant information and develop recommendations that they present to senior management • Develop pricing for proposal submissions by working closely with capture managers, proposal managers, and executives • Maintain pricing files to include required supporting documentation • Performs cost analysis and estimates for complex proposal efforts, consistent with company policies, and RFI/RFQ/RFP/Solicitation requirements • Works as an integral part of the capture/proposal team, assisting in the development of pricing strategies, identifying risks, and interpreting solicitation requirements • Performs detailed pricing labor category pricing analysis and Salary Survey research • Maintains current knowledge of the competitive environment • Perform reviews of proposals priced by other pricing analysts for quality assurance purposes

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mathematics or English • 1+ year’s experience supporting research or analysis • 1+ years’ of corporate customer service and supporting project management • 1+ years’ performing marketing and grant research, or web research and analysis • 1+ years’ of web portal navigation, queries, interpreting qualitative and quantitative data • 1+ years’ Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • 1+ years’ Google Suite (slides, word, excel, and Gmail) • 1+ years monitoring and interpreting industry statistics and trade literature • If applicable: If you are or have been recently employed by the U.S. government, a post-employment ethics letter will be required if employment with VSolvit is offered.
