📋 Description

• Lead discovery sessions to review existing documentation, workflows, and business requirements • Configure ADP Workforce Now Performance Management • Configure the Learning Management System, including learning paths and development plans • Configure Succession Planning and Career Development modules • Develop performance review templates, competencies, goal-setting processes, and approval workflows • Recommend system optimization and ADP best practices • Test and validate all module configurations before launch • Provide administrator training and knowledge transfer sessions • Complete final production deployment • Provide optional post-launch support for an agreed-upon period • Independently manage project deliverables while collaborating with designated Tellworks stakeholders • Translate existing HR strategies into scalable ADP Workforce Now solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience implementing and configuring ADP Workforce Now • Demonstrated expertise with Performance Management, Learning Management, Succession Planning, and Career Development modules • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employee development, talent management, and organizational design • Experience translating business requirements into ADP Workforce Now configurations • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder facilitation skills • Ability to independently manage project deliverables while collaborating with designated Tellworks stakeholders • Experience leading multiple ADP Workforce Now Talent Management implementations • Ability to recommend best practices and identify opportunities for improvement • Experience working with growing, multi-site organizations highly preferred • Resume or consulting profile • Summary of ADP Workforce Now implementation experience • Examples of similar implementation projects • Estimated project approach and timeline • Preferred pricing structure • Two or more professional references from similar ADP Workforce Now implementation projects • Must operate as an independent contractor and provide own equipment, software, and workspace • Responsible for own taxes, insurance, and business expenses
