📋 Description

• Define and own the Platform Engineering Practice, including market strategy, P&L, talent, and delivery quality • Set the long-term technical vision and connect capability-building to market demand for cloud and digital transformation • Define the multi-year practice vision and align technical capabilities to market demand • Market the practice vision and strategy to commercial teams and sellers to drive new business • Engage in business development to source pipeline and achieve revenue targets • Own revenue targets, margin, growth, pricing, pipeline, delivery margin, and revenue growth • Report practice commercial performance directly to executive leadership • Build senior relationships with Google Cloud channel partner teams and enterprise client executives • Generate and win meaningful deal flow and close complex consulting engagements • Drive investment in IP, accelerators, and reusable assets to support sales, improve delivery speed, and protect margins • Scout and champion emerging technologies and methodologies • Advise C-suite clients on cloud adoption, vendor strategy, and organisational change • Lead engineering culture, quality standards, learning, and team development

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in technology consulting • At least 3–5 years in an executive or practice leadership role • Proven P&L ownership in a consulting or professional services context • Direct experience managing revenue, margin, and growth targets • Strong command of cloud-native architecture • Strong knowledge of enterprise IT strategy and major cloud provider ecosystems • Comfortable owning C-suite relationships and advising senior client executives • Experience generating pipeline and closing complex, multi-stakeholder consulting engagements • Experience hiring, developing, and retaining senior engineering and consulting talent • Experience building engineering practices or delivery organizations
