• Lead process-standardization initiatives by evaluating workflows, identifying improvement opportunities, and designing repeatable best-practice processes • Own end-to-end project delivery for new products, system implementations, and major change programs • Track schedules, milestones, and deliverables and proactively alert stakeholders to risks • Conduct requirements analysis and solution design with business owners and technical teams • Translate business needs into streamlined, standardized processes and supporting tools • Develop and maintain process maps, SOPs, templates, and reporting dashboards • Facilitate collaboration with operations, IT, product, and compliance groups • Align process changes with technology enablement and regulatory requirements • Define KPIs, collect data, and report improvement outcomes such as cycle-time reduction, error-rate decline, and cost savings • Coach and mentor team members on Lean, Six Sigma, and other improvement methodologies • Develop communication plans, training materials, and rollout strategies to support change adoption
• Bachelor's degree (any field; Business, HR, Finance, or related fields preferred) • Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly • Strong organizational and time management abilities • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team • Self-motivated attitude and desire for professional growth • Problem-solving abilities and curiosity to understand complex processes • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, learning environment • Resilience and positive attitude when facing new challenges • Collaborative spirit and willingness to support team members • Detail-oriented approach with commitment to accuracy and quality • Open mindset for receiving feedback and continuous improvement • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining high standards • Professional demeanor and reliability in meeting deadlines • Eagerness to develop expertise in benefits administration • Internship or coursework in benefits administration, human resources, or data analysis (nice to have) • Previous experience with database management or data processing (nice to have) • Familiarity with healthcare or group benefits concepts (nice to have) • Experience with project coordination or administrative support roles (nice to have) • Knowledge of SQL, data visualization tools, or advanced Excel functions (nice to have) • Customer service or client support experience (nice to have) • Professional certifications in HR, benefits, or related fields (nice to have) • Experience in consulting or client services environment (nice to have) • Understanding of compliance requirements in benefits administration (nice to have) • Bilingual capabilities (nice to have)
