📋 Description

• Act as the Commercial Team's go-to analyst: frame questions, perform analysis, and deliver recommendations • Explain revenue movements by breaking them into volume, price, mix, and retention • Separate real signal from seasonality and noise • Become highly fluent in the company's Sigma reporting, including available reports, metric meanings, and limitations • Identify and flag reporting problems to the analytics team before they reach leadership • Partner with Marketing, Finance, Ecommerce, and Pharmacy Operations to support business decisions • Run the reporting cadence, explain business movements, forecast direction, and advise the Commercial team

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in business analysis, revenue or sales operations, or a comparable analytical role, including direct support of senior leaders • Fluency in a modern BI tool as a power user: ability to navigate, filter, and interrogate existing dashboards • Executive communication: ability to write the memo, build the deck, and give a crisp answer under ambiguity • Business judgment and ability to identify when a number looks wrong • Confidence to push back and discipline to prioritize across competing asks • Direct-to-consumer, ecommerce, or subscription/recurring-revenue experience (nice-to-have) • Healthcare, pharmacy, telehealth, or other regulated-data experience (HIPAA) (nice-to-have) • Sigma and Snowflake familiarity (nice-to-have)
