📋 Description

• Own and build Tempo's corporate IT infrastructure, including identity, device management, endpoint security, and automation • Architect and automate the full identity lifecycle from HRIS through Okta to SaaS applications • Complete and maintain SSO/SCIM integrations across the SaaS stack • Own Jamf Pro end to end, including PreStage enrollment, configuration profiles, software updates, and certificate distribution • Deploy and tune SentinelOne endpoint security, including policy management, MDM-driven deployment, and alert triage • Expand SIEM coverage and write detection and alerting rules using a detection-as-code approach • Build toward infrastructure-as-code management of IT tooling using Terraform and GitHub Actions • Resolve complex identity, device, and access escalations beyond first-line support • Drive SOC 2 readiness through unified audit trails across identity, device, and security systems

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in IT engineering roles • Hands-on Okta administration: SSO, SCIM, SAML/OIDC integrations, lifecycle policies, and Okta Workflows • Understanding of HRIS as source of truth, such as Rippling or similar • Production Jamf Pro experience: PreStage enrollment, configuration profiles, software update management, and certificate distribution • macOS-first experience • Experience deploying and operating an EDR platform such as SentinelOne or comparable, including policy tuning, MDM deployment, and alert triage • Strong scripting skills; Python, Bash, or Go preferred • Comfortable with REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, authentication flows, and event-driven workflows • Git-based configuration management and CI/CD pipelines, including GitHub Actions • Terraform or equivalent experience • Solid grasp of DNS, certificates/PKI, ZTNA such as Tailscale or similar, and modern access control models
