📋 Description

• Build and execute holistic, long-term clinical strategies for assigned accounts using multimodal real-world data datasets, agentic AI tools, and clinical trial acceleration solutions • Serve as the primary clinical peer to biopharma Clinical Directors, Medical Affairs leaders, and Translational Medicine executives • Develop indication-specific battle decks mapping standards of care, biomarker testing patterns, and unmet clinical needs to client pipeline assets • Analyze client pipelines, clinical trial readouts, and investor relations materials to anticipate client needs and formulate account growth plans • Synthesize medical conference updates into actionable client insights • Advise biopharma partners on trial protocol design, cohort selection, and synthetic control arms • Partner with internal teams on high-value client calls to communicate scientific and clinical solutions • Act as an internal subject matter expert across Tempus products and services

🎯 Requirements

• MD or DO required • Board certification/eligibility in Medical Oncology • Strong clinical focus in Gastrointestinal (GI) or Breast cancers highly preferred • Proven ability to analyze biopharma drug pipelines • Understanding of clinical trial design and regulatory pathways • Ability to apply complex real-world datasets, including NGS and clinical data • Track record of building trusted relationships with biopharma leadership • Experience leading complex enterprise initiatives • Experience presenting to executive client teams
