📋 Description

• Supervise and support aircraft maintenance operations for the company fleet, focusing on King Air aircraft • Serve as front-line supervisor for four AOG Maintenance Controllers working a rotating 24/7 schedule • Direct and oversee scheduled aircraft maintenance priorities and activities • Coordinate with the Program Manager, Maintenance Manager, USFS, on-site maintenance, and MROs to minimize aircraft-availability impact • Track aircraft maintenance and provide end-of-day aircraft and maintenance status reports • Comply with FAA regulations, contract requirements, and company flight operations procedures • Maintain assigned standard operating procedure manual areas related to maintenance and parts • Ensure inventory tracking of company equipment, tooling, and spare parts • Review and respond to delays and AOG issues; implement changes to reduce recurrence and downtime • Support aircraft tracking, emergency logistics, and other program requirements • Improve fleet safety and quality • Create and track purchase orders for scheduled maintenance activities • Support the SMS program

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma • Thorough working knowledge of FARs Part 43, 91, 135 and 145 • Familiarity with FAA forms 337 and 8110-3 and DER supporting engineering substantiation documentation • At least 10 years of relevant aircraft maintenance experience • Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license • Valid driver’s license • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds • Ability to work extra hours when necessary • Ability to travel as needed, approximately 30% within CONUS • Basic Microsoft Office knowledge • Successful completion of background check and DOT drug testing • Working knowledge of CAMP, MS Project, MS PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Excel • Preferred: avionics experience • Preferred: Inspection Authorization (IA) • Preferred: associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field • Preferred: current OEM or equivalent documented training on King Air B200GT/B300
