📋 Description

• Maintain project records and documentation • Track critical milestones and deliverables • Generate project status reports • Identify project risks and trends • Support audits • Provide administrative and analytical support for multiple concurrent projects across the HBP Division • Support project coordination, documentation integrity, reporting accuracy, and stakeholder communication • Work with project managers, transition managers, operational leaders, credentialing teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to keep projects on schedule and meet objectives

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree required in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Project Management, Health Informatics, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field; Bachelor's degree preferred • Minimum of two (2) years of experience supporting projects, healthcare operations, provider onboarding, credentialing, project reporting, or related healthcare administrative functions • Experience supporting multiple projects with competing priorities and timelines • Experience creating, maintaining, and presenting reports, dashboards, and project metrics • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management tools • Experience utilizing Salesforce dashboards, reporting tools, or similar business intelligence platforms preferred • Ability to analyze project data, identify trends, and communicate findings effectively • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to interact professionally with leadership and stakeholders • Problem-solving, critical thinking, and prioritization skills • Ability to manage confidential information and maintain documentation accuracy • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments • Must comply with applicable mandatory vaccination laws; where required, provide proof of full vaccination or obtain an approved religious or medical exemption before starting, with regular testing if exempt
