📋 Description

• Design, build, test, deploy, and support lightweight applications, scripts, services, and workflow automations • Write performant SQL and work with relational and analytical data models • Build and troubleshoot transformations, pipelines, reconciliations, and reporting datasets • Design, build, and troubleshoot SaaS and internal-system integrations • Implement authentication, transformation logic, retries, error handling, logging, monitoring, and production support • Serve as hands-on technical owner for CRM, ERP, analytics/data platforms, billing, and related systems • Configure and extend enterprise platforms using native workflows, custom objects, APIs, scripts, and platform-specific tools • Diagnose root causes across code, databases, APIs, scheduled jobs, permissions, and vendor platforms • Apply source control, testing, code review, documentation, release management, and secure development practices • Review and challenge technical work delivered by vendors or contractors • Translate ambiguous business needs into requirements, technical designs, executable workstreams, and prioritized backlogs • Maintain milestones, owners, dependencies, risks, decision logs, and status reporting through implementation and stabilization • Scope vendor work, evaluate technical approaches, manage implementation partners, and ensure quality, timelines, documentation, and knowledge transfer • Partner with Finance, Operations, Sales, and other functions to identify bottlenecks and develop technology solutions • Communicate technical tradeoffs, project status, resource needs, risks, and decisions to senior leaders • Contribute over time to roadmap, governance, mentoring, hiring, and team leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of demonstrated hands-on experience across software engineering, data engineering, enterprise applications, or solutions engineering • Experience delivering in a fast-paced project-based environment (consulting or equivalent) required • Strong SQL and API/integration fundamentals required • Experience with CRM/ERP platforms and modern cloud/SaaS environments strongly preferred • Zoho, NetSuite, Snowflake, DataNest, or comparable platforms helpful but not required • Working proficiency in Python or a comparable general-purpose language expected • Legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship • Willingness and ability to travel as needed • Experience working directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize work, and independently deliver analytics or integration solutions • Experience developing or maintaining system integrations using RESTful APIs
