📋 Description

• Own the new hire onboarding curriculum end to end, covering product knowledge, sales methodology, systems and tools, company policies, and construction industry fundamentals • Create original course content in presentations, e-learning modules, videos, scripts, role-play scenarios, job aids, and assessments • Deliver training in classroom, virtual, and on-the-floor settings for new and tenured representatives • Shadow live sales calls and meetings to provide individualized coaching and feedback • Design and run ongoing education programs, including product launch training, refreshers, and skill-building workshops • Build and maintain a documented library of training materials, playbooks, job aids, and assessments • Track trainee progress, ramp time, quota attainment, and assessment results; identify knowledge gaps and adjust curriculum • Conduct structured interviews with new representatives at 30, 60, and 90 days • Partner with sales leadership, product, and the Employee Education Program Manager to align training with revenue goals, quota expectations, product roadmap, and construction market conditions • Stay current on construction trends, competitor offerings, and modern sales methodology • Use Tenna-approved AI tools for content drafting, assessment generation, video production, and documentation, reviewing AI-assisted material for accuracy

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in a quota-carrying sales role with a demonstrated track record of strong performance; SaaS sales strongly preferred • 2+ years of formal training, instructional design, or curriculum development experience required • Experience in or working knowledge of the construction industry strongly preferred • Experience building training content from scratch, including presentations, e-learning modules, facilitator guides, and training videos • Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems such as Cornerstone, Docebo, Moodle, or Absorb, including course build, assignment, and reporting • Experience creating, editing, and producing training video or multimedia content required • Ability to analyze training data, ramp metrics, and performance analytics and translate findings into curriculum changes • Strong facilitation and presentation skills • Proven coaching ability and willingness to hold people accountable to performance standards • Ability to translate complex product functionality and construction context into actionable training • Proficiency with PowerPoint, Canva, video editing software, and authoring or LMS platforms • Fluency with AI-assisted content tools and ability to review generated material for accuracy • Clear written communication and strong documentation habits • Highly organized and self-directed, comfortable owning programs with minimal oversight • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and leadership teams • Bachelor's degree in business, education, communications, or related field required, or equivalent demonstrated experience
