📋 Description

• Support recruiting operations work across offers, contractor operations, requisition setup and job maintenance, Greenhouse administration, and interview scheduling • Adapt priorities as team needs evolve • Identify recurring issues or workflow themes and provide practical recommendations • Maintain accurate records, handoffs, and follow-up across Recruiting, HR Operations, Legal, Finance, and hiring teams • Contribute to documentation, tracking, and process improvements that make recurring work easier to scale

🎯 Requirements

• Organized, detail-oriented operator who can create clear, reliable processes • Clear communicator able to influence partners across Recruiting, HR, Legal, and Finance without formal authority • Ability to handle confidential employee and candidate information with discretion and sound judgment • Ability to manage a high volume of requests while tracking details, deadlines, approvals, and follow-up • Systems-minded and comfortable working in an ATS (Greenhouse preferred), spreadsheets, and AI tools • Quick to build simple trackers, templates, or workflows • Experience in recruiting operations, HR operations, People Operations, or a similar administrative role • Eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled technology, including citizenship/permanent residency status or ability to obtain prior license approval where required
