📋 Description

• Monitor infrastructure availability, performance, and capacity across servers, compute clusters, and supporting systems • Investigate alerts and anomalies • Triage incidents by assessing severity and impact • Gather diagnostic information, escalate issues to appropriate engineering teams, and track incidents through resolution • Develop, maintain, and execute operational runbooks for troubleshooting, incident response, system recovery, and routine maintenance • Improve monitoring, dashboards, and alerting to increase infrastructure visibility, reduce alert noise, and detect potential failures earlier • Analyze recurring incidents and operational gaps • Collaborate with infrastructure and engineering teams to identify root causes, improve recovery procedures, and prevent repeat issues • Support infrastructure behind next-generation AI compute platforms • Collaborate to improve operational maturity, incident response, and reliable, scalable AI compute infrastructure

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in SRE, infrastructure operations, systems administration, production support, or a related technical operations role • Comfort working with Linux systems and server infrastructure • Strong troubleshooting skills and a methodical approach to investigating unfamiliar issues • Familiarity with monitoring, alerting, dashboards, and system health metrics • Ability to distinguish actionable incidents from routine fluctuations • Experience maintaining technical documentation, operational procedures, and troubleshooting runbooks • Clear communication and collaborative problem-solving skills • Ability to take ownership of issues, follow through on escalations, and improve reliability • Eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled technology, including potential citizenship/permanent residency status or prior license approval where required
