📋 Description

• Support development and maintenance of project control tools, including project schedules and budgets • Identify and help address potential issues and manage tasks advancing site development activities • Research and evaluate market conditions, site constraints, and feasibility inputs • Identify project constraints and support mitigation solutions • Analyze requirements for viable sites and contribute to schedule recommendations • Prepare site documentation for internal teams and key stakeholders • Break projects into achievable tasks and assist with schedules and workflows • Schedule meetings and maintain accurate records and decisions through meeting notes • Support quality assurance to ensure deliverables meet Terawatt’s standards • Participate in expense management and reporting processes • Collaborate with Development, Business Development, Product, Energy & Utilities, Technology, Site Operations, and Finance teams • Travel as needed, anticipated to be under 30%, to project sites for consultation, progress updates, and issue resolution • Advocate for transport electrification and Terawatt’s EV charging infrastructure

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field • 2+ years of experience in construction, project management or site development • Foundational understanding of project management principles, including scheduling, budgeting, and documentation • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities • Clear written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail • Familiarity with project management tools such as Smartsheets and Google Workspace • Experience with Procore for construction project management • Exposure to permitting, utility interconnection, or site development processes • Basic understanding of electrical, civil, or construction systems • Interest in or experience with EV, energy storage, or renewable energy infrastructure
