📋 Description

• Serve as the Contractor's primary point of contact • Responsible for overall management, coordination, staffing, and successful execution of the contract • Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure compliance with all contract requirements • Manage quality control • Coordinate directly with the Government and submit required reports • Ensure all performance objectives are achieved • Lead overall contract performance and serve as the Contractor's primary Government liaison • Meet regularly with the COR to discuss project status and contract performance • Develop and maintain the Project Management Plan and milestone schedule • Coordinate instructor staffing, personnel updates, and resume submissions for task orders • Prepare progress and financial reports following each academic term • Monitor contract deliverables, schedules, risks, and corrective actions to ensure successful execution • Communicate project updates, staffing changes, and performance information with Government stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Authorization to work in the United States permanently without sponsorship • Master's degree in political science, history, public policy, law, organizational leadership, management, or a related field • Minimum of five (5) years of project management experience supporting contracts of similar size, scope, and complexity • Must have prior active duty or reserve service in the U.S. Marine Corps or U.S. Navy • Demonstrated experience managing Department of Defense programs and coordinating with senior Government leadership • Authorized to act on behalf of the Contractor on all contract matters and available during normal Government business hours
