📋 Description

• Build product features in React and TypeScript on the frontend and/or Python on the backend, including APIs, data models, and services • Take problems from rough starting points through investigation, solution design, implementation, and shipment • Build tools that make AI agents understandable and controllable, including reviewing agent work and intervening when needed • Work with data from SAP, Salesforce, and Oracle, including complex data models and real-world edge cases • Partner with product and design to question assumptions, shape solutions, obtain feedback, and iterate • Help build Tessera Mosaic, where AI agents work alongside people to transform enterprise operations

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building software through class projects, side projects, or a previous internship • Some comfort with data, including SQL and how tables relate to each other • Strong product sense • Ability to learn quickly and make progress independently on ambiguous problems • Ability to explain thinking clearly and ask questions early • Proactively ask for help when blocked and communicate openly about challenges • React, TypeScript, or Python familiarity is nice to have • Experience building something with LLMs or agents is nice to have • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. for Tessera Labs • Must answer whether immigration sponsorship is required now or in the future
