📋 Description

• Utilize data extracted from Army systems to conduct analysis and formulate data displays • Combine data from different systems and match records and values using Microsoft Access and Excel • Assess funding profiles against historical and current profiles and identify non-executable RDTE and Procurement profiles • Perform work set verification analysis to ensure balance in cPROBE and alignment with program guidance • Perform bill payer analysis across portfolios, including analysis of funding justifications, procurement quantities, acceleration and reduction impacts, and operational-force impacts • Support identification, justification, and verification of program requirements consistent with Command and Army priorities • Analyze deltas at KEY5 or other appropriate levels in cPROBE, including audits for new positions and unplanned changes • Draft taskers based on G-8 tasking guidance for central programming and the FYDP Review • Perform data integrity checks and quality assurance/quality control reviews of PPBE-related data • Assist with quality control of central programming Co-Chair Reviews and provide analytical reports • Attend POM kickoff meetings, document decisions and guidance, track the POM build process, and independently analyze process or data issues • Prepare detailed financial information using data collection and analysis methods • Facilitate communication and data collection with program stakeholders at Commands and HQ organizations • Conduct rate and cost analysis to support organizational funding efforts • Train clients on developed procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Active DoD Secret clearance • Bachelor's degree in business or public administration, management, economics, math, science, or engineering • 10 years of experience and expertise in DoD or Army logistics, funding, or system development duties, or a Master's degree with 5+ years of work experience • Experience at senior levels of the Army or DoD, such as HQDA, Army Commands, Army Service Component Commands, or Defense Agencies • Working knowledge of data collection and analysis methods • Strong quantitative analysis skills and attention to detail, including ability to analyze and forecast trends • Strong Microsoft Excel, database, and Tableau skills • Qualitative literacy ability • Strong interpersonal, listening, and questioning skills for daily interaction with senior Army Staff clients • Adaptability to flexible work styles, environments, and locations • Excellent customer relationship management skills • Comfort working in a dynamic, team-based environment with minimal supervision and direction • Self-directed, extremely detail-oriented, and resourceful, with ability to complete tasks and projects by assigned deadlines • Familiarity with Army PPBE processes and DODI 5000.75, Business Systems Requirements, and Acquisition processes preferred • Relevant financial management work experience desired • Previous DoD experience desired
