📋 Description

• Support Program Management Teams in the financial management of projects and programs • Develop, review, and update project and program budgets, forecasts, estimate-at-completion reports, and related analyses • Facilitate contract kick-off meetings and support CostPoint project setup, billing, accounting, and contractual financial obligations • Set up and maintain CostPoint project workforce and track labor charges, personnel ceilings, and budgets • Monitor project and program expenditures and resolve discrepancies or miscoding with Accounting • Review and report financial performance, identify deviations, and recommend corrective actions • Manage subcontractor and vendor costs, purchase requests, purchase orders, invoices, payments, and accrual support • Track program risks and ensure mitigation activities are in place • Prepare client status reports, integrated program reviews, and ad-hoc financial requests • Review and approve client invoices and resolve billing and unbilled-charge issues • Monitor, track, and forecast labor and non-labor project spending • Support price proposals and cost estimates with the Pricing and Program Management teams • Support federal-agency and internal/external audits • Develop or enhance project-control processes, procedures, and systems

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of Project/Program Control experience supporting projects and programs for a government contractor • Experience with FFP, T&M, and Cost Plus Award Fee contract types • Deltek Costpoint experience • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred; years of experience will be considered • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments and organizational levels • Strong organizational skills and focus on accuracy and consistency • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
