📋 Description

• Analyze business and technical requirements to design scalable SharePoint-based solutions • Architect and implement custom SharePoint components, including workflows, web parts, and applications • Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to align solutions with operational needs and governance standards • Develop and configure SharePoint solutions using supported development frameworks and tools, including Power Apps and Power BI • Create custom workflows, web parts, and extensions to enhance SharePoint functionality • Integrate SharePoint with data sources and other enterprise systems and applications • Conduct unit, integration, and system testing to validate functionality, performance, and security • Troubleshoot, debug, and remediate defects identified during testing or production use • Provide technical support and issue resolution for deployed SharePoint solutions • Deliver ongoing maintenance, enhancements, and operational support for SharePoint environments • Monitor system performance and resolve application or configuration issues • Stay current with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, related platform updates, best practices, and security standards • Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design artifacts, configuration guides, and operational procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline • Minimum of eight years of experience developing and supporting SharePoint solutions in an enterprise environment • Strong knowledge of SharePoint architecture, development frameworks, and implementation best practices • Hands-on experience with SharePoint workflows, web parts, and custom applications • Working knowledge of SQL Server and relational database design • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams • Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills • Ability to successfully pass a Public Trust investigation • Experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 preferred • SharePoint Development or Microsoft 365 related certifications preferred • Experience supporting SharePoint migration, modernization, or upgrade initiatives preferred • Familiarity with the Power Platform preferred
