📋 Description

• Lead product initiatives from idea to launch — discovery, scoping, prioritization, and shipping with design and engineering • Define success metrics for your area and own the outcomes • Bring clarity and structure to ambiguous problem spaces; make tradeoffs grounded in customer reality, not internal opinion • Spend meaningful time on-site with US customers — senior living operators, care staff, and clinical leadership — and translate field observations into concrete product decisions • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to land features in market — shape positioning, enablement materials, and launch narratives so what we ship actually gets adopted • Run beta and adoption programs — recruit pilot customers, structure feedback loops, and drive feature uptake in the field • Build deep technical fluency in our computer-vision and AI stack — enough to scope feasibly, push back on engineering, and make the right build calls • Communicate clearly across teams, time zones, and the Copenhagen and US teams

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally on B2B software • Track record of owning a product area end-to-end and shipping outcomes (not just features) — comfortable being the most senior PM in the room with customers and partners • Experience at a fast-moving growth-stage startup. You're comfortable with ambiguity, fast cycles, and owning outcomes without a playbook • Strong product thinking — discovery, prioritization, scoping, shipping • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Comfort spending significant time in the field — this is not a desk job • Ability to develop deep technical understanding of complex products (AI systems, data pipelines, or hardware-software systems) • Structured thinking and strong problem-solving ability • Based in the US, with the availability to travel domestically for customer visits.
