📋 Description

• Own the Company's long-range strategic plan, annual operating plan, rolling forecast, and 13-week cash and liquidity model • Serve as the SVP Finance and Accounting's principal analytical partner on board materials and executive communications • Establish monthly and quarterly business reviews, driver-based variance analysis, and forward-looking guidance • Make strategic recommendations on financial performance, forecasts, and capital planning to the executive team • Drive the finance workstream on strategic transactions by building models and supporting enterprise-level decisions • Lead and develop the FP&A organization with clear performance metrics • Establish an AI-first, data-driven, and collaborative finance culture • Take ownership of the consolidated financial model and 13-week cash forecast • Lead budget or re-forecast cycles, establish KPI frameworks, and deliver board-ready financial materials • Build a scalable FP&A team, systems, and processes

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive finance experience • Meaningful tenure in investment banking, corporate development, private equity, venture capital, or an elite corporate FP&A function • 5+ years as a VP leading FP&A teams, including managing multiple team members • Experience at a growth-oriented, media-related, venture- or PE-backed company with sub-$500m revenue • Direct experience building an FP&A function, including hiring, organizational design, processes, and systems • Track record advising an SVP Finance and Accounting, CEO, and Board on strategic and capital decisions • Sophisticated command of financial modeling, forecasting, capital structure, liquidity management, and M&A • Ability to drive adoption of AI and automation across FP&A workflows • Ability to introduce structure, governance, and prioritization in environments with imperfect data and undefined processes • Executive presence and communication skills sufficient to advise, challenge, and influence C-suite leaders • Proven people leadership and talent development experience • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field required • MBA and/or CPA/CFA strongly preferred
