Texas Organ Sharing Alliance is a nonprofit organ procurement and donation organization that has served donor families, transplant recipients, hospital partners, and communities across Central and South Texas for more than 50 years. TOSA coordinates and supports organ and tissue donation processes, provides bereavement and donor-family support, partners with hospitals and transplant centers, conducts community outreach and education, and publishes reports and resources for healthcare professionals. The organization is becoming part of Gift of Life Alliance (GOLA), which will carry forward TOSA’s legacy and expand service across a broader region of Texas.
