📋 Description

• Set up, optimize, and manage HubSpot CRM • Build and improve sales pipelines, deal stages, and lead management processes • Create automation workflows for marketing and sales • Implement lead tracking, scoring, and segmentation • Manage email campaigns, sequences, and nurturing workflows • Create dashboards and reports for performance tracking • Integrate HubSpot with other tools (Zapier, email platforms, etc.) • Clean and organize CRM data for accuracy and usability • Provide recommendations for improving CRM efficiency and conversion rates

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience with HubSpot CRM • Strong understanding of sales funnels and marketing automation • Experience setting up HubSpot workflows, pipelines, and reporting • Familiarity with CRM integrations (Zapier, APIs, third-party tools) • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and documentation skills** • Nice to Have • HubSpot certifications • Experience supporting sales teams or marketing teams • Experience with data migration and CRM cleanup • Experience with CRM strategy and optimization**
