• Collaborate closely with the Chief Technology Officer to establish the foundational infrastructure of the platform, spanning both frontend and backend development

• At least 5 years of experience in engineering working across the stack • Strong technical expertise in the relevant field • Excellent communication skills • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience with project management tools and methodologies • Bonus for experience operating in a startup environment
