📋 Description
• Drive user adoption and support the onboarding of business users • Coordinate implementation activities between the client, technology provider, and implementation partner • Provide technical guidance and support for GlobalLink Enterprise (GLE) • Develop user engagement strategies and help ensure a smooth transition to new processes • Act as the key point of contact for GlobalLink-related queries • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders
🎯 Requirements
• Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with GlobalLink Enterprise (GLE) • Experience in change management, user onboarding, and technology adoption • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills • Ability to coordinate effectively across multiple teams and organizations • Availability for a 6-month, 40-hours-per-week engagement • UK or US East Coast preferred
