📋 Description

• Provide high-quality, in-person executive and leadership coaching to senior leaders, managers, and high-potential executives • Build trusted relationships while maintaining confidentiality and professional boundaries • Observe leadership behaviors in real time and provide insightful, constructive feedback • Help leaders apply DISC and behavioral insights to day-to-day leadership • Support communication, delegation, influence, feedback, conflict management, motivation, team dynamics, and leadership presence • Challenge senior leaders while creating trust, psychological safety, and accountability • Focus on sustainable behavioral change and measurable leadership impact • Serve as a subject matter expert and thought partner in leadership development session design • Advise on session design and structure • Translate leadership theory and DISC concepts into practical activities and learning experiences • Provide insight into behavioral and leadership challenges in a manufacturing environment • Review and refine session content, exercises, case studies, and coaching activities • Ensure sessions are engaging, practical, and applicable to day-to-day leadership • Bring current thinking, best practices, and real-world coaching experience into program design • Collaborate with client stakeholders, trainers, and other subject matter experts • Adjust content and approach based on participant needs, feedback, and observed leadership behaviors

🎯 Requirements

• Proven executive and leadership coaching experience • Demonstrable track record of coaching senior leaders and executives • Strong understanding and practical application of DISC behavioral theory • Experience translating behavioral assessments into observable leadership behaviors and meaningful action • Ability to recognize behavioral patterns and connect them to individual and team impact • Evidence of sustained client outcomes and behavioral change • Experience contributing to or designing leadership development programs and sessions • Strong business acumen and ability to engage credibly with senior business leaders • Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or similarly operational environment highly desirable • Understanding of operations, health and safety, quality, supply chain, continuous improvement, operational performance, organizational change, and conflict resolution • Highly emotionally intelligent, empathetic, and self-aware • Exceptional listening and genuine curiosity • Highly observant and able to identify behavioral patterns in real time • Comfortable challenging senior executives directly and constructively • Energetic, motivational, and engaging • Warm and approachable, with a good sense of humor • Adaptable and able to build rapport quickly with different personalities and leadership levels • Confident facilitating groups and coaching individuals • Practical and commercially minded • Recognized executive/leadership coaching qualification or accreditation ideally held • DISC certification and/or recognized DISC training experience ideally held • Membership or accreditation with a recognized professional coaching body, such as ICF (PCC), EMCC Global (EIA), MGSCC, or CCL ideally held • Additional leadership, organizational psychology, behavioral science, facilitation, or relevant professional qualifications advantageous
