• Experience: At least 8 years in Brand Marketing or Product Management within the video games industry, preferably with experience in live-service or mobile gaming. • Storytelling Prowess: A proven track record of building marketing campaigns that tell a compelling story and evoke genuine emotion. • Community Core: A "community-first" mindset with deep empathy for player needs and a commitment to authenticity. • Market Expertise: Extensive knowledge of the North American gaming landscape and Gen Z audience behavior. • Agility: A history of innovative thinking and the resilience to learn from failed experiments. • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
