• Build and manage strong relationships with referral and integration partners, owning each relationship from activation through to ongoing growth • Work closely with sales, marketing, product and integrations teams to turn partnerships into a reliable source of high-quality leads and opportunities • Support joint go-to-market activity, including partner enablement, co-marketing, events and new integration launches • Act as the main point of contact for partner questions and escalations, making sure issues are resolved clearly and quickly
• 3-5 years of experience in technology partnerships, business development, channel sales, or B2B sales • Strong relationship-building skills with a natural ability to earn trust and credibility • Revenue-minded and comfortable talking about leads, pipeline, and revenue impact • Highly organized with excellent time management and follow-through • Self-starter with strong autonomy, initiative, and problem-solving skills • Comfortable managing multiple partners and workstreams simultaneously • Willingness to travel up to 25% for partner meetings and events
