📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise systems implementation and transformation programs • Develop program roadmaps, implementation plans, governance models, budgets, risk plans, and executive communications • Lead cross-functional business, operations, technology, and vendor teams • Drive deployment, adoption, change management, and operational readiness • Manage implementation partners and software vendors while ensuring successful business outcomes • Drive alignment across HR, Finance, Operations, Technology, and external vendors during large-scale benefits and enterprise systems initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of ERP or enterprise systems implementation program management experience • Proven success leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills • Experience managing vendors, consulting partners, budgets, timelines, and risks • US Citizen required • Preferred platform experience: Workday, Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, and EPM, SAP, or Concur • Experience with DataPath is highly desirable • Healthcare, benefits administration, HRIS, finance, or regulated industry experience preferred • Experience leading implementations involving benefits platforms, payroll systems, HRIS, enrollment solutions, ERP platforms, and vendor ecosystems preferred • Exceptional organizational skills • Comfortable leading fast-moving initiatives within a high-growth startup environment
