📋 Description

• Provide platform solution architecture and integration leadership across AIA’s digital products with Salesforce and Association Management System platforms • Design and guide integration architecture across AMS, Salesforce, AIA digital products, and enterprise and third-party applications • Develop scalable, secure, reliable, and maintainable integration solutions using APIs, events, middleware, and data exchange patterns • Assess business and technical requirements and translate them into solution architecture and implementation approaches • Evaluate impacts, architectural risks, technical dependencies, integration constraints, and modernization opportunities • Establish and promote architecture and integration best practices • Partner with engineering and delivery teams to implement approved architecture and design principles • Work with vendors and third-party technology providers to evaluate capabilities and solution options • Support technology roadmaps, modernization initiatives, platform upgrades, releases, and major enhancements • Serve as the primary architecture resource for integrating digital products with Salesforce, AMS, and other enterprise platforms • Establish reliable exchange of member, customer, product, payment, and enterprise data • Review solution designs and technical user stories for integration requirements and dependencies • Collaborate with engineering, QA, DevOps/SRE, security, data, and vendor teams to ensure production readiness • Support troubleshooting and resolution of complex cross-platform integration issues • Establish monitoring, logging, error handling, resiliency, and operational support practices • Facilitate solution discovery and architecture sessions • Develop solution designs, architecture diagrams, integration flows, and technical documentation • Evaluate alternatives and communicate technical tradeoffs to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Provide technical guidance throughout requirements discovery, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-launch support • Identify opportunities to simplify the technology ecosystem and improve platform maintainability • Establish standards and reusable patterns for APIs, integrations, data exchange, and enterprise application connectivity • Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, consultants, and internal Technology teams • Provide architectural guidance and recommendations to leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated, advanced experience in solution architecture, enterprise integration, and application architecture • In-depth experience designing and implementing integrations between enterprise platforms, digital products, and third-party applications • Demonstrated advanced experience with Salesforce and Association Management Systems (AMS) • Strong experience architecting solutions involving Salesforce, AMS platforms, APIs, data integration, and enterprise application ecosystems • Demonstrated experience with software architecture, solution design, integration patterns, and operational considerations • Strong solutioning and architecture thinking skills with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop scalable and practical solutions • Experience with Salesforce architecture and platform capabilities • Experience with AMS (Association Management Systems) is highly desirable • Salesforce Architect certification is preferred • Experience with AMS platform configuration, architecture, and integration is preferred • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Data Analytics • Master’s degree preferred • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in technical architecture and enterprise integration with Salesforce and AMS platforms • No supervisory responsibilities
