📋 Description

• Run Instagram and TikTok day to day • Write captions and schedule feed posts and reels across the main and Chicago accounts • Edit short-form TikToks and reels from raw footage, including trend formats, quick recaps, text overlays and audio • Turn raw footage from clubs, coaches and members into timely, on-brand daily stories • Reply to comments and DMs, answer prospect questions, and guide interested people to book a call • Request and organize assets from the content producer, coaches and club teams • Keep the content library tidy • Bring weekly organic performance to creative performance reviews • Suggest what content to do more or less of • Share relevant trends and formats as input to monthly planning

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years managing social for a brand, ideally in fitness, wellness, hospitality or lifestyle • Proficiency in Canva and CapCut • Ability to turn raw clips into a polished, on-trend reel quickly • Sharp, concise writing • Ability to match an established brand voice • Native feel for Instagram and TikTok formats, trends and community norms • Experience with a scheduling tool • Reliable, organized habits • Bonus: experience turning social conversations into leads or bookings • Some overlap with Eastern Time is needed
