📋 Description

• Support business configuration and maintenance of Workday HR systems and downstream systems/processes • Maintain security, configure business processes and tenants, perform data loads, and support upgrades • Translate and document non-technical requirements into technical concepts • Identify controls and opportunities to improve HR team efficiencies through technology solutions • Design, develop, deliver, and support functional modifications and enhancements to Workday and other HR systems • Serve as a Workday HCM subject matter expert and participate in Workday releases • Contribute to functional workstreams implementing and optimizing HR systems • Synthesize and present HR data to identify trends, conduct data integrity audits, and support workstream requirements • Manage relationships with vendors and stakeholders • Perform other assigned responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years of experience with Workday HCM required • Comprehensive understanding of Workday HCM modules, including core, payroll, benefits, compensation, and performance • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Ability to learn other appropriate programs or software systems • High attention to detail and effective communication across varied audiences • Ability to work proactively and under minimal supervision • Ability to motivate large and diverse teams and create effective teams • Bachelor's degree in computer science, human resources, or related field preferred • Workday Pro or HCM Certification highly preferred • No certifications required
