📋 Description

• Review and process invoices for complex accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual terms and brokerage standards • Identify and resolve billing discrepancies; collaborate with account managers, finance teams, and carriers • Maintain accurate financial records in agency management and accounting systems • Ensure adherence to internal controls and audit standards • Monitor receivables and assist in collections efforts for high-value or escalated accounts • Support audits and compliance reviews by providing documentation and responding to inquiries • Mentor and provide guidance to junior billing specialists • Recommend process improvements and assist in implementing workflow enhancements

🎯 Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions • Ability to interpret billing agreements and apply judgment to resolve discrepancies • Effective communication skills for internal and external interactions • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Familiarity with accounting or agency management systems • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • 2–4 years in billing, accounting, or insurance operations • Experience handling complex accounts • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field preferred
