📋 Description

• Write and publish job posts for The Bloom Africa team and Bloom Talent partners • Screen applications, conduct screening calls, and check references • Schedule interviews and manage each hiring process from start to offer • Onboard new team members and placed talent • Run partner check-ins and flag early warning signs in placed talent • Maintain people records, including reviews, performance plans, and documentation • Manage the Bloom Talent cohort pipeline and Pros in Bloom community logistics • Build systems that make hiring and onboarding repeatable

🎯 Requirements
