📋 Description

• Apply client payments, including ACH and checks, to invoices • Prepare daily deposit reconciliations • Review and classify miscellaneous correspondence for Workers’ Compensation and Commercial books of business • Research and take action on miscellaneous correspondence • Build and maintain relationships with client contacts • Complete other projects and assignments as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years data entry and payment posting experience preferred • Experience in banking and reconciliation preferred • PC skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office programs • Strong Excel skills and ability to easily learn new software • Experience working with cross-functional departments to research and resolve issues • Understanding of business operations and processes • Demonstrated customer service and relationship-building skills • Ability to manage a heavy workload • Excellent documentation and organizational skills • Good verbal and written communication skills • Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate departmental deadlines • For occasional or permanent home working, cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload
